1. Acceptance

By using Synk ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You also accept that we process your data as described in the Privacy Policy (including for AI-powered features, retention, and your rights). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Intellectual property and generated content

Ownership of generated images. All images generated, created, or produced through the Synk platform (including any AI-generated or processed images) are the exclusive property of Synk. You receive a licence to use such images solely in connection with your use of the Service and in accordance with these Terms. When you remove a product from the Service, only your original uploaded images are deleted from storage; Synk may retain generated/regenerated assets.

3. Your content

You retain rights in content you upload. You grant Synk a licence to use, store, and process that content as needed to operate the Service and to generate or process images and other outputs. Our use of your data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Data processing and privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which is part of your agreement with us. That policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, who we share it with (including subprocessors such as Google for AI features), and your rights (e.g. access, erasure, portability). By using the Service you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

5. General

The Service is provided "as is." We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Governing law and dispute resolution are as stated in our main terms at synkcommerce.com/terms.
